Results of the Moonlit Meadows - their dues extension was for 3 months from 10-13 meeting. Do we need to further extend?
Discussed filing a police report. Vote to extend Moonlit Meadows’ dues until February dues due date, and if a police report is filed then we will waive the dues. 5 for, 0 against, 0 abstain. Vote passes
Concern about what data we would house on servers with Gequinn was raised. Discussion of writing up a possible contract. Gequinn has expressed concern about how confidential the data would be, such as social security numbers. Discussed cost of a new dedicated server for BoD purposes, ~$25/ month, dedicated site address ~$80/year, SSL certs could run hundreds. And then concern on the fact that Gequinn has been paying for Kingdom technical services, himself. Segued to kingdom funds going to BoD costs
Lawyer advised park rep to not sign NDA, so they withdrew candidacy. Discussion on having an official NDA drafted by a lawyer, cost estimate no more than probably $1000. Will discuss at next meeting.
Status on NPO. Need Bylaws approved by kingdom. Can’t do anything until then.
Audit prep. Parks documentation needs to be turned in by 1/25/23. Assigned reps to parks are:
