Status on the Moonlit Meadows issue.
The individual wasn’t contacted until this week. Park estimates ~$200 in park funds. Tabled to give 30 days from Tuesday, the 8th of November.
Kingdom Audit process to approve:
Digital Submissions of the following items:
- Kingdom Signin sheets for all Kingdom events
- Kingdom Ledger
- Kingdom Bank Account records
- Fully updated Ork for the audit period
The following must all be updated and kept current on Kingdom FB Group, as well
as the KOTGP.com Forums, and Digitally submitted:
- Updated Officer List
- Althing minutes for each month
- A&S and Fighting tournament results
- Election Results
- Award Lists

4.04 background checks tabled from previous meeting.
We voted to proceed without having the background check currently in the bylaws.

Concern about what would be housed on servers with Gequinn was raised. Discussion of
writing up a possible contract. Tabled.
Decision on meeting days will officially be Thursday, still.
Discord admins will be the BoD officers and will turn over to each incoming new ones.
GP Corp name will be changed to “Kingdom of the Golden Plains”, if we need it changed
over we will.
Discussion on whether the parks are required to have a rep and if not, how we meet the
minimum needed directors (7). Decided and was not required, however vote on
lowering minimum number of directors from 7 to 5.

Found issue in bylaws regardsing 5.06a Secretary Duties. Issues resolved, but tabling
the issue of pii storage
