Meeting started at 7:36pm.
We were talking about possibly changing the NDA requirement to only being required for disciplinary. We were also having us look into the estimated cost to have a NDA drafted up by a lawyer. Tabled to June?
NPO-related
The steps we need to do for the NPO:
- Register the Formation of a Corporation with the State, getting name approved.
- Apply for our EIN with the IRS
- Fill out IRS Form 1024 for recognition as a 501
- Fill out Form AP-204, Texas Application for Exemption - Federal and All Others
We will have to fill out IRS Form 990-EZ, and then on an annual basis (due every May 15th).
It will cost a total of $625.86 for us to complete filing. $25.86 for the Formation of the corporation, and $600 to file the IRS Form 1024. Will be bringing up the funds at the Kingdom Althing on Saturday May 13th, 2023.
