Old Business
Vote on funds for Midreign Feast. Ravens Cross is cover the Feast cost, Evermore Hollow will cover the cost for Endreign Feast. Profits to be split after each event.
Mumbles will need 10 people for coffin pushing at the Amarillo Scaregrounds, and $50 per person per night will be added to our coffers at the end of the Halloween season.
Announcements
Amacon is Aug. 3-4. Ravens Cross has a booth and we need volunteers. Avalbane and Uhtred need help making swords the week after the Gathering of the Kingdoms (Clans).
Intent for Prime Minister and Guild Master of Reeves needs to be placed by 8/10/24.
Elections will be held on 8/24/24
Midreign - 9/7/24
BOD intent needs to be placed; otherwise, Avalbane volunteers to stay.
