$150 will be needed from Evermore’s coffers for Feast. Evermore will ask Ravens Cross to match the cost for the joint feast. Item placed on the docket to be voted on at October Allthing.
Scaregrounds
Volunteers are needed for the Amarillo Scaregrounds for each Friday night (7pm-12am) in October, Halloween Night, and Dia de los Muertos. This opportunity will offer a nice chance to increase park coffers, as well as reach out and support the local community. It is imperative that we use this opportunity so we can secure it for the future.

Cottonwood
Volunteers are needed for Cottonwood!
We need volunteers for this event! Booth, fighting pit, crowd interaction. This is another way for recruitment and community engagement, so let’s support and get more people out!
