Allthing minutes for 1-20-2019
The Allthing is called at 5:04pm by Regent Meliodas.
Old business: None
New business: Squire Talon states that Regent Meliodas is short. Regent Meliodas ensures that this is not actually new business.
Announcements:
Irongate Midreign is on 1-27-19 at 12:00 (event fee will be announced)
The feast will be held offsite at the Matador room on the 2nd floor at Texas Tech from 5:30-7:30.
Dragon master submissions will be from 12:00-1:00. Online entries may be made for travelers that may not be there in time.
The Crossgame Reveille will be held on 2-16-19 at the Clapp Park party house (not the arboretum). There will be a $10 event fee.
Tournament sign ins will be from 8:00am-9:30am, the tournament will start at 10:00am. Categories will be Amtgard style open weapon, SCA style light fighting, and SCA style heavy fighting.
A&S classes will be from 12:00-6:00pm.
Feast will be held at 6:00. Winners of each tournament category will sit at the high table along with a chosen consort.
Kingdom qualls will be on 2-10-19 at 12:00 at Irongate. Sign ins will close at 1:30, tournament begins at 2:00.
Kingdom Endreign will be on 2-23-19 in Brownfield. The event fee will be either $10-$15, clarification will be announced.
Feast will be made by HoZ.
A request is being made for banners to decorate the feast hall.
Raven’s Cross will be holding their Midreign and Tri event on 1-26-19.
Sir Ryuujin holds fighter practices at his personal him on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. Practice starts at 7:00pm and lasts until approximately 8:00pm. These practices are aimed at drills and shot improvements.
