Old Business:
- Golden Plains Tournament Guide brought forth as a proposal by Safire Moon, presented by King Redbeard at 1-14-23 Althing. See 1-14-23 althing in Kingdom discord for it. It needs corrections (see new business).
- GP BoD Bylaws brought forth by Overlord Aleonna. These need to be aproved for ourt NPO status to go through. See 1-14-23 althing in Kingdom discord for it.
- Proposal brought forth for military members to retain “Active” status when activated, deployed, TDY’ed, etc., brought forth by Overlord Aleonna.
Both the BoD Bylaws and the military active status clause will be proceeding to vote.
New Business:
- Tournament guide needs correcting of verbage from square pits to circular pits and the definitions for “open” and “closed” to only “open” category, proposed by Safire Moon, seconded by Aleonna.
- The KGMR has stepped down. Safire Moon nominates Harlequin. Harlequin accepts.
- The KPM has stepped down. Safire Moon nominates Gequinn. Gequinn accepts.
- Aleonna proposes a correction for the Kingdom corpora for audit purposes to match current practices. Verbage will be corrected from “6.1.4 Chapters of the Kingdom of the Golden Plains shall submit their financial and legal paperwork to the Kingdom Board of Directors every October for audit” to “6.1.4 Chapters of the Kingdom of the Golden Plains shall submit their financial and legal paperwork to the Kingdom Board of Directors by each July 15th and January 15th for audit”. Motioned by Aleonna, seconded by Red Beard.
- Aleonna motions on behalf of the kingdom BoD for $400 in funds for reimbursing Gequinn for the technological costs required for running the kingdom server/site on a yearly basis. The $400 covers the approximately $25/month for the server and $80/year for the dedicated site address, equalling $380/year. The proposal for the overage of $20 is to cover tax or other fees. Motioned by Aleonna, seconded by Red Beard.
- Jenerick puts forth a prosal for funds for endreign IK event, amount to be posted with full breakdown on kingdom FB and Discord, as she isn’t present. Motioned by Safire moon, seconded by Aleonna.
Vote system has been fixed and ALL votes should be going out this next week. Keep your eyes peeled for them.
